We work collaboratively with referral partners to identify appropriate housing options based on individual needs and current availability.

HOW THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS
1. Submit a Referral
Complete the referral form with basic information about the individual needing housing.
2. Application Review
Our team reviews the information to determine whether our independent living environment may be an appropriate fit.
3. Follow-Up
We contact the referral source or applicant to discuss next steps, housing needs, and current availability.
4. Placement Coordination
If appropriate and space is available, we coordinate the next steps for move-in and placement.
