Who do you serve?
We serve veterans, independent seniors and retirees, transitional adults, and re-entry individuals who are able to live independently and are seeking safe, stable and dignified housing.

Are rooms furnished?
Furnished accommodations may be available and can include basic bedroom furnishings and access to shared household spaces. Availability may vary by room and occupancy.

What does independent living mean?
Independent living is housing for adults who can manage their daily needs independently. Excellence Independent Living provides housing and a structured community environment, not assisted living or hands-on personal care.

Do you offer private and shared rooms?
Room options may include private or shared accommodations depending on current availability. Pricing and occupancy terms are confirmed before move-in.

How do I apply?
Complete the Apply Online form with the requested information. Our team will review the submission and follow up regarding availability, eligibility, and next steps. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

What are the payment and move-in requirements?
Payment terms, deposits, required documents, and move-in requirements are reviewed with each prospective resident before placement. Requirements may vary based on room type, availability, and individual circumstances.

Can someone refer me?
Yes. Referral partners, family members, community organizations, and other approved sources may submit a referral through our Referral Partners page. We may contact the applicant or referral source if additional information is needed.

Do you provide medical or personal-care services?
No. Excellence Independent Living provides independent living housing for adults who are able to live independently. Medical, nursing, assisted-living, or personal-care services are not provided unless separately arranged through an outside provider.
